Shiatsu, Reiki & Heart Therapy ....

Heart Connection & Heart therapy:

heart_hands

A better connection to your heart (the non-physical heart), a lighter (& purer) heart and a more open heart often immediately assist clients. We all have this heart waiting to become more apparent in life. Your heart is:

    • the key to your health, wellbeing and general feeling of energy, lightness
    • the source of unconditional love and care for others;
      the direct access to healing deeply seated issues, burdens and trauma;
    • the place everyone has from which you experience deep and increasingly growing inner peace;
    • the source of joy from within; and
    • for many the deepest part within that is the connection to Divine.

Why is the heart so important or significant. We know very little about the heart and we also use our heart only rarely. And yet we often refer to it in saying, something has "touch my heart" ... or "my heart is not in it" ... or someone helping others, given time and effort to good causes is most likely describes as ... "s/he has a big heart".

over the past years my learning about the heart has been an amazing gift fulfilling a deep longing within to grow, learn, to grow spiritually and to heal. This is not about me at all, the even greater gift has been the sharing of this learning with my family, friends and a wider community.

The heart is something very deep, at its core it has the inner heart, something described by mystics for centuries as 'true self' cosmic knowing, atman, spirit, soul, etc. The name is not important. What I would like to point out to you is, that it is this part within that offers and facilitates deepest levels of learning, guidance and healing.

‘When you begin to touch your heart or let your heart be touched, you begin to discover that it's bottomless, that it doesn't have any resolution, that this heart is huge, vast and limitless ...’
