The half day Kundalini Workshopis a great enhancement of the often first experiences with the beautiful kundalini energy in Reiki Tummo level 2.

The workshops offers a range of exercises and practices, all and in most cases clearly experienced by participants, that enhance the release of kundalini energy and increase the kundalini flow through our physical and non-physical body.

Kundalini as an energy force available to you, is intended to assist in our unification or union with Divine. This is known by mystics of various spiritual schools. In practical terms kundalini energy will cleanse and perfect your major chakras and improve your connection to Divine.

The aims and benefits of the workshop are:

• Increased ability to use Kundalini Energy for spiritual growth
• Speeding up the movement of the Kundalini’s core to higher chakras allowing deep cleansing of chakras and whole body
• With the help of the kundalini energy to practice and undergo additional cleansing of our heart and whole self on our journey towards yoga or union with the Creator.

In combining two powerful and most blissful forces, the kundalini energy, working in synchronicity with reiki or the Divine energy, will greatly speed up the individual cleansing and healing process, opening our hearts more and thus opening the door to profound spiritual learning and experiences, often hard to imagine or perceive.

The workshop materials, practices learned are:

• Unique, effective and simple exercises to accelerate Kundalini flow
• Cleansing of body layers and aura
• Removal of karma & karmic roots
• Raising of the core of the kundalini
• Cleansing and widening of the Sushumna (our main energy channel)
• Practices to increase kundalini flow and cleansing/healing
• Additional practices: cleansing nadis, cleansing the aura, advanced Tummo Meditation (learned during Reiki Tummo 2)

The Kundalini Workshop is of approximately 4-5 hour duration.
