Reiki Tummo Workshops

Since 2004 The Lotus Centre has hosted the Reiki Tummo workshops in Tasmania. A growing number of people have experienced the deep peace and wonder of learning more about the Heart while receiving reiki energy for healing and for helping others.

Reiki Tummo incorporates learning about our spiritual heart, our energy body and the non-physical parts of us. It often leads to greater understanding and clearly-felt progress ... on a journey towards greater health, calmness, wellbeing and spiritual growth.

Principles of Reiki.

Each workshop offers a profound and unique stepping stone towards deep and deepening experiences, centering on the Heart and on how we can open our Heart more.

A more open Heart assists with other - often well-known and well-written-about - spiritual openings such as opening our whole sushumna channel, kundalini awakening, rising of the core of the kundalini and activation of all the 7 major chakras .... and more.

Reiki Tummo Level 1

This workshop offers a gentle, easy-to-follow introduction to both, energy channelling and the Heart.

The workshop aims and / or benefits are:

• Learning to use our Hearts more
• Chakra activation and opening (crown, heart and palm chakras)
• Instant ability to channel Divine (or reiki) energy
• Sushumna (=body's main energy channel) cleansing and opening

Reiki Tummo Level 2

This workshop offers a deepening of the practices and energy channeling learned in the previous workshop.

The profound and very unique atunement opens additional chakras and activates your kundalini - fully and safely. The kundalini is a major force and stepping stone on our spiritual journey.

During the workshops you will:

• Become aware of an active and flowing kundalini
• Experience a deepening of your understanding of the Heart; and
• Feel an improved connection to the Divine Source.

The practices introduced will assist to improve your energy levels, health, inner peace and your energy channeling abilities to help others ... family members, friends, clients, etc.

Prerequisite: Reiki Tummo Level 1

Reiki Tummo Level 3a

This workshop completes your techniques and understanding of Reiki. It greatly enhances your ability to channel reiki, to become aware of energy flows, your own physical and non-physical self and the Heart.

A unique and additional atunement of this workshop will allow you to channel the more refined and more blissful Shing Chi energy to enable you to help yourself and others better.

This opening and access to the 8th or 1st Divine chakra also means that your spirit will become stronger in your heart, assisting you on a journey to attain higher levels of consciousness and higher learning.

Meditation Workshop

Many of the past participants of the half-day Meditation workshop report that it is a wonderful and truly enjoyable experience, often greatly deepening their meditation.

In this workshop, the focus on learning about energy and our non-physical self in Reiki Tummo is now further deepened and expanded into learning how everyone can easily and deeply meditate with the use of the Heart.

The workshop offers:

• A simple and yet profound program making mediation simple, accessible and astonishingly effective
• A deepening of your meditation efforts, helping you to realise how meditation can be:
  • cleansing
  • healing
  • deeply relaxing & calming
  • joyful
• A tool to how the beautiful, joyful and calm feeling achieved during meditation, can be integrated into daily life.

The Meditation Workshop introduces the Spiritual Heart as your inner guide and teacher.

Kundalini Workshop

The half-day Kundalini workshop offers a range of exercises and practices that enhance the release and flow of kundalini energy through our physical and non-physical body.

Combining two powerful and blissful forces, the kundalini energy, with reiki or the Divine energy, both working in synchronicity, will greatly speed up the individual cleansing and healing process, opening your Heart more and opening the door to profound spiritual learning and experiences, often hard to imagine or perceive.

Inner Heart Workshop

Many have heard about the importance of opening the Heart and following our Heart more. There is also some confusion about the Heart and some people are perhaps even reluctant to 'follow their heart'.

This workshop offers clarity and access to an age old secret that has been known by mystics and people with profound and deep insight around the world and through time and ages.

Without following the Inner Heart, there may be confusion, as answers may come from other parts of us .... e.g. our sub-conscious, our emotions, intentions of our mind or ego.

The Inner Heart workshop, offered once per year, will provide access to the core of your Heart, the spark of the Creator within us all, your true self.

Once you have access to the Inner Heart, you will have access to the highest truth, the truth according to the will of the Divine Source, the Creator.

Prerequisite: Reiki Tummo Level 2 and some additional requirements.

Spiritual Retreat

The journey of your self in terms of your spirit, soul, mind and physical being is revealed in multi-dimensional ways at the Spiritual Retreat.

Starting from this point, you will not be taught any longer in the conventional way, using the mind's understanding only. A great part of the workshop is utilising the Inner Heart's ability to perceive, feel, 'see' .... to help understand and realise at a deep inner level. Life's purpose and what one can do to fulfill one's ultimate destiny are explored.

From here onward, participants are then ready for ... what people have been talking about, but few have actually achieved .... You will be able to reach your soul consciousness and then your true self consciousness at a subsequent workshop level .... should you decide to move forward.

At the True Self Retreat you will not simply know or connect with your true self or highest consciousness, you will be fully conscious as your true self, and gain profound insight into your entire journey.

Not until we are able to realise more about our true self can we realise or understand about the Source of our true self, the Divine Source.

Once we realise at this highest level about the Divine Source we can return home, to the Divine Source, the Creator ... attain full enlightenment/yoga.
